Supervisor I

Create a high-energy, customer-first sales environment and lead the team to achieve sales and KPI targets. Build and retain client relationships through proactive outreach and kate spade service standards, model brand behaviors, and coach performance through onboarding, training, and feedback. Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, POS and inventory accuracy, and stockroom organization. Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, including live-stream shopping, and use customer data to grow loyalty.
