Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide construction input throughout the engineering phase for Life Sciences projects.
  • •Assist with construction strategy, execution planning, and contracting strategy, including input to contractor assessment and selection.
  • •Prepare and review documents for approval, including installation sequencing communication and plans/drawings/specifications/requisitions/bid summaries for temporary construction facilities.
  • •Prepare project-specific site procedures and work practices to meet client requirements.
  • •Liaise with designers, engineers, and the Home Office Construction Manager/Coordinator; address site issues and maintain quality assurance records.

Key Requirements
