Key Responsibilities

  • •Ingest inbound clinical feeds: HL7 v2 message ingestion (ADT/ORU and related events) over MLLP with acknowledgments, error queues, and replay.
  • •Implement controlled outbound clinical delivery using gateway-controlled egress in a default-deny network model.
  • •Build FHIR R4 APIs and resource mappings against standard implementation guides, including terminology handling across code systems.
  • •Create agent interoperability surfaces: MCP servers exposing platform capabilities, HMCP healthcare-safe patterns, and A2A flows with authentication and authorization.
  • •Collaborate with customer integration teams for connectivity setup, interface testing, and cutover of clinical feeds.

Key Requirements

  • •B.E., B.Tech., or M.Sc. in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • •5+ years of healthcare integration/interoperability engineering experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of FHIR R4, including resources, profiles, search, and implementation guides (US Core or equivalent).
  • •Hands-on HL7 v2 experience, including message structures, segments, acknowledgments, and MLLP transport.
  • •Experience with REST API design, OAuth2, mutual TLS; SMART on FHIR is a plus, plus clinical terminologies such as SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10, and CPT.
