Key Responsibilities

•Develop annual and monthly growth plans to drive supply acquisition and engagement with clear success metrics.
•Translate growth plans into feasible initiative roadmaps using growth loops and channels; create GTM plans for strategic product features.
•Execute end-to-end campaigns across online and offline channels to acquire and engage agents.
•Translate GTM plans into execution plans, implement them, and continuously improve based on campaign performance insights.
•Own user communication strategy for key projects and set up marketing automation flows to improve conversion, activation, and engagement.
