Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement and maintain the Project EHS Management Plan, Safety Management System and Environmental Management Framework.
  • •Establish EHS governance structures, monitoring mechanisms, reporting protocols and performance management systems; drive continuous improvement and safety culture.
  • •Ensure compliance with health, safety and aviation regulations, including reviewing/approving contractor EHS plans, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems.
  • •Lead hazard identification and risk assessments (including JSA), monitor high-risk activities, and implement preventive and corrective actions.
  • •Oversee incident investigations and emergency preparedness (drills, simulations, crisis exercises) and manage periodic safety/environmental audits, dashboards, and compliance reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Environmental Science/Occupational Health & Safety.
  • •Professional certification in Occupational Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, CSP, or Diploma in Industrial Safety) or equivalent.
  • •15–20 years of professional EHS management experience in major infrastructure or construction projects.
  • •Minimum 10 years of aviation project experience across airport terminal buildings, airside works, landside infrastructure, utilities, and airport support facilities.
  • •Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, environmental regulations, construction safety requirements, and aviation safety standards.
