  • •Minimum 8 years of experience leading complex business transformation initiatives, developing people, and solving complex operational problems in a high-volume environment (e.g., lean manufacturing).
  • •Strong leadership and operations experience, specifically Auction Operations, plus strategic data analysis and change management capabilities.
