Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare rack elevation for new device installations, ensuring governance for rack-and-stack power and cable connectivity for server/network equipment.
  • •Conduct hardware and data-center activity overview, including hardware failure trend analysis and hardware uptime reporting.
  • •Manage complete data-center device inventory, including redeployment of assets and disposal of EOL assets.
  • •Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for network/server equipment and for network and fiber cabling in tech rooms.
  • •Provide hands-on configuration, installation, monitoring, and diagnostics for network devices and services; manage tickets/SLA and understand OSI/TCP-IP routing concepts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an authorized university.
  • •Relevant server certification is an added advantage.
  • •Minimum 2–3 years of experience for an L1 position.
  • •Basic understanding of the ITIL framework (SLA, change, problem, and incident management).
  • •Knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow; willingness to work rotational 24x7 shifts and handle travel with overnight domestic requirements.
