Job Summary

A compliance-focused legal role supporting EverAI’s AI/e-commerce platform. You’ll own worldwide AI/compliance workflows, manage data protection contracts, draft and update TOS and privacy terms, and collaborate with the Ethics & Compliance Officer to monitor regulatory developments. Key Responsibilities

•Own day-to-day compliance tasks including contract reviews (NDAs, licenses) and internal documentation under data protection, AI governance, consumer rights, and similar laws
•Maintain EverAI’s AI systems inventory and perform risk assessments under applicable safety laws
•Track and analyze relevant legal developments and regulatory guidance applicable to EverAI
•Conduct product and feature reviews for consumer rights and data protection compliance
•Coordinate with the Ethics & Compliance Officer and provide guidance on legal terms updates (TOS, Privacy Notices, content policies) and IP issues (DMCA notices, copycats)
