Define and drive a European 360° marketing strategy for an activation portfolio, owning end-to-end planning from strategic brief through market execution. Ensure consistent customer touchpoints, integrate digital into campaigns, measure performance, run consumer testing and post-mortems, and translate insights into continuously improved future activations.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end development of a European 360° activation portfolio (e.g., Holidays, Fragrance Newness) from strategic brief to market implementation.
•Define 360° activation strategy aligned to business objectives and translate ambitions into actionable omnichannel plans.
•Build and manage project roadmaps to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery, leading governance and securing CMO validation.
•Coordinate digital integration and cross-functional alignment across Retail, E-commerce, CRM, Social Media, Media, PR, and Studio.
•Measure activation performance, run qualitative consumer testing, conduct post-mortems (REX), and consolidate results with recommendations for European markets.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in operational and omnichannel marketing, ideally in beauty, luxury or retail.
•Proven experience leading complex 360° marketing activations in an international environment.
•Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
•Solid business mindset and customer-centric approach.
•Fluent English (written and spoken).
