Job Summary

Oversee a portfolio of environmental site assessment and remediation programs/projects to meet internal and client-facing KPIs. Lead project performance and governance/risk escalations, drive process and program improvements, and support adoption of digital tools. Manage and develop a team of about 50, coach project managers, and participate in major client issue resolution. Partner with leadership on business development, capture strategies, and budgeting to grow backlog and financial success.

•Drive program performance to meet and/or exceed client satisfaction and internal KPIs.
•Oversee project delivery governance and risk issues, escalating major project problems and recommending performance improvements.
•Share people management responsibilities for approximately 50 department staff, including coaching project managers and mentoring/train employees.
•Collaborate on business development by working with client account managers and leadership to grow profitable backlog and ensure financial success.
•Maintain consistent project management practices and ensure compliance with AECOM systems and departmental reporting accuracy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

•Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience (or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education).

•Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
•Strong knowledge and track record in the environmental/remediation business, including risk-based strategic asset management and advocacy in multiple state jurisdictions.
