Job Summary

Act as the HR data guardian, supporting new hire record creation, data changes, leave of absence, mass loads, audits, and other HR administrative processes. Partner with HR, IT, and Operations to drive data accuracy, improve workflows, and resolve data issues. Provide guidance on HRIS navigation and system capabilities, delivering data insights to support HR decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive Change: Actively support and implement organizational changes related to data management and HRIS transitions, partnering with HR, IT, and Operations to ensure smooth adoption and clear communication.
•Improve Processes: Identify gaps and bottlenecks in data workflows and HR operations; propose and document improvements to drive accuracy, consistency, and speed.
•Advise Stakeholders: Provide guidance on data-related queries, HRIS navigation, and compliance, delivering insights to support HR decision-making.
•Deliver Solutions: Resolve data issues and system problems, offering actionable solutions and assisting end users with corrections and escalations.
•Manage Data: Perform core data administration tasks such as new hire records, data corrections, organizational updates, and audits to ensure data integrity.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRS systems- SNOW, HCM, Salesforce, PeopleSoft.
