•Lead, manage, and develop a team of performance marketers, setting direction, coaching for growth, and fostering an inclusive environment.
•Own performance marketing strategy across APAC and Europe, launching and optimizing high-impact evergreen and integrated campaigns across paid search and paid social channels.
•Manage channel budgets, pace spend against targets, and reallocate toward the highest-ROI opportunities.
•Drive creative optimization through ad creative strategy, creative testing, and applying performance insights to improve relevance and efficiency.
•Use AI and automation to streamline performance marketing workflows, measure and analyze channel performance/ROI, and share data-driven recommendations.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns (Web & App) across major channels including Google, Apple, Meta, or TikTok.
•Experience leading and developing a team with a collaborative management style that supports open communication and mutual respect.
•Direct experience with app performance marketing (e.g., Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads) and/or paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok), with exposure across both search and social.
•Strong creative optimization skills, including creative testing, iteration, and using performance data to improve ad effectiveness.
•Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adjust, Appsflyer) and pixel/mobile app measurement and tracking.
