Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle for leased and owned assets.
  • •Create and update asset records in the asset database throughout the asset lifecycle.
  • •Participate in asset management audits and remediation efforts, ensuring data accuracy and governance.
  • •Configure and support HAM Pro workflows including asset transfers, audits, contract and warranty management, and lifecycle automation.
  • •Integrate HAM Pro with discovery sources and produce operational dashboards, KPI reports, and compliance metrics aligned with ITIL.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • •3+ years of ITAM experience with hands-on HAM Pro administration.
  • •Experience managing hardware assets, including audits, lifecycle updates, reporting, reconciliation, and workflow execution.
  • •Good understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow administration.
  • •Advanced Excel and Access skills to create reports and dashboards.
