Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive internal communications and readiness/adoption activities for Finance transformations beginning with the Oracle ERP implementation.
  • •Lead change champion activities by building and operating a cross-functional Change Champion Network to reinforce key messages and surface feedback.
  • •Coordinate training readiness activities, including train-the-trainer sessions, subject-matter-expert participation, end-user training schedules, and delivery via internal learning channels.
  • •Maintain the Oracle ERP information hub to ensure program communications, training resources, timelines, and key documents are current and accessible.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in organizational change management, communications, program management, HR, or a related field.
  • •Experience supporting complex technology, ERP, Finance transformation, or enterprise process-change initiatives.
  • •Experience developing communications, leading employee engagement, and coordinating role-based training or train-the-trainer activities.
  • •Ability to simplify complex system and process changes into practical, audience-specific information.
  • •Experience with Oracle ERP or another large-scale enterprise system implementation; experience supporting M&A integration is preferred.
