Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the long-term operating model, organizational structure, and roadmap for Central Robot Operations.
  • •Build scalable mechanisms, operating standards, and governance to deliver reliable robot operations across all markets.
  • •Own Remote Assistance operations, including 24/7 support, response-time SLAs, workforce planning, scheduling, escalation protocols, and fleet monitoring dashboards.
  • •Lead mapping operations and geographic expansion, including geospatial lifecycle ownership, mapping quality standards, and launch governance across new markets.
  • •Drive strategy & operations, policy/regulatory engagement and demonstrations, and build/run a PMO to execute cross-functional workstreams through governance and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of leadership experience in operations, robotics, autonomous vehicles, logistics, aviation, mobility, or similar large-scale environments.
  • •Proven success building and leading complex, cross-functional operations organizations.
  • •Experience running multiple operational domains such as fleet operations, command centers, infrastructure, mapping, analytics, program management, or expansion.
  • •Demonstrated ability to operate 24/7 mission-critical operations with measurable service-level commitments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
