Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled, data-driven initiatives for the Home Lending organization. Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, risk partners, and external vendors to translate AI concepts into production-ready capabilities. Ensure initiatives align to the Home Lending AI roadmap and are delivered in a controlled, compliant, and scalable way that improves efficiency, accuracy, and customer outcomes using Agile and enterprise governance practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead delivery of AI-enabled, data-driven initiatives across the Home Lending organization.
•Operate at the intersection of business, technology delivery, and data/AI innovation to ensure controlled, compliant, scalable delivery.
•Drive end-to-end execution aligned to the Home Lending AI roadmap.
•Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, risk partners, and external vendors to translate AI concepts into production-ready capabilities.
•Present and communicate progress and plans to senior leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 111,605 - 131,300 annually

•Experience managing dependencies across business, technology, and vendor teams.
