Key Responsibilities

  • •Diligently manage projects to meet client expectations for quality, schedule, and budget.
  • •Lead larger-scale projects by directing contributors, preparing and overseeing budgets, tracking hours and expenses, and supervising subcontractors, contract work, and employees.
  • •Develop a client base by identifying additional business development opportunities for high-level environmental services.
  • •Perform environmental work and lead complex investigations and inspections across water resources, stormwater/surface water quality, air emissions, and waste facilities to assess compliance and site conditions.
  • •Ensure technical reports and presentations communicate findings and recommendations to prevent, control, restore, clean up, and address environmental issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or a closely related discipline.
  • •7 to 10 years of relevant post-education experience in the environmental services field.
  • •Proven ability to manage and grow client accounts in the commercial/industrial sector.
  • •Well-defined knowledge of environmental laws, regulations, compliance practices, and record-keeping requirements.
  • •Project management experience tracking hours and expenses, and delivering complex technical documents and plans.
