Key Responsibilities

•Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain venue equipment using safety and predictive/productive maintenance systems.
•Keep the venue safe and clean by disinfecting fixtures and keeping guest areas free of trash; restock restroom and hygiene supplies.
•Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs.
•Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test equipment, and make adjustments; perform regular preventive maintenance.
•Perform machinist work, and carry out mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, and carpentry maintenance tasks.

Key Requirements

•Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
•Ability to perform constant walking, climbing stairs, and occasional sitting.
•Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs+.
•Ability to comply with safety regulations and maintain clean, orderly work areas.
