Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner cross-functionally across Product to establish top-level KPIs, dashboards, and support product roadmap planning.
  • •Define how success is measured for AI-powered product experiences, including adoption, engagement, quality, retention, and user outcomes.
  • •Guide instrumentation of product data with Product Design, Product Management, and Engineering teams to enable reliable AI feature and workflow analysis.
  • •Design, evaluate, and interpret experiments to assess the impact of new AI capabilities and inform product decisions.
  • •Develop dbt models to transform and test user behavior data, partnering with Analytics Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Write complex yet efficient SQL as a daily habit.
  • •Use data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Omni, Hex, or Grafana.
  • •Build dbt models and implement product analytics tooling (e.g., Heap, Pendo, Amplitude, FullStory) with code version control (git).
