Maintenance Supervisor/Planner

Supervise and provide technical direction to the maintenance workforce for a coal-fueled power plant. Plan, schedule, and oversee day-to-day and weekly work, troubleshoot equipment problems, and develop team capabilities through instruction and training. Manage outages by coordinating multi-disciplined work groups, oversee predictive and preventive maintenance using diagnostic tools, and ensure safe work practices while managing costs and work within a computerized maintenance management system.
