Clinical Nurse 1 (QA)

Provide effective, safe nursing care to a select group of patients and families, including planning and documenting care under a preceptor or designated RN. Deliver patient care using the nursing process, perform assessments, administer medications and therapies, and perform clinical procedures such as immunizations, phlebotomy, and peripheral venous access. Ensure quality and regulatory compliance aligned with QCHP, Joint Commission International, and the Plan of Care policy.
