Job Summary

Support equipment maintenance operations by picking up and delivering parts to facilities, job sites, and vendors. Maintain parts and supplies inventory, receive and organize shipments, and place orders for parts and replacements for the Southern Division Construction Group. Serve as a liaison with vendors regarding parts orders, assist with maintenance repairs as needed, and uphold 5S standards, safety procedures, and shop/grounds cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

•Pick up and deliver parts to company locations, job sites, and vendors.
•Maintain parts and supplies inventory at the division shop.
•Receive shipments, stock, and organize materials as needed.
•Maintain 5S standards within the department.
•Order necessary parts and replacement parts and act as a liaison between vendors and the company regarding parts orders.

Key Requirements

•1 to 2 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, and communicate effectively with customers and employees.
•Must have valid driver’s license to operate a company-owned vehicle (1-ton truck).
•Strong computer literacy to manage email/web browsing and basic functions in Microsoft Office applications.
•Ability to adhere to safety requirements and company policies and to work nights and weekends when necessary.
