Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the maintenance and operation of secure enterprise network services across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and cloud environments.
  • •Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents and service issues to maintain availability, performance, and security.
  • •Support network deployments and service improvements with internal teams and third-party partners.
  • •Collaborate with Operations, Service Management, Engineering, Security, and divisional IT teams to investigate issues and deliver solutions.
  • •Contribute to technical designs and documentation, support service transition, manage network suppliers/third parties, and identify opportunities for resilience and performance improvements.

Salary: GBP 40,000 - 55,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years’ experience in network engineering or network support in enterprise environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.
  • •Experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting network services using network management/monitoring tools.
  • •Working knowledge of cloud networking, ideally AWS or Azure.
  • •Experience with enterprise networking and security technologies, ideally including Cisco Meraki and Palo Alto (or equivalent).
