Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end technical design for Power Platform applications, including solution architecture, Dataverse data/security models, integration approach, and front-end design with documented decisions.
  • •Lead Power Pages development (site structure/templates, web pages/templates, Liquid, forms/lists, permissions, authentication, and external user access).
  • •Build responsive front-end experiences and integrate using the Dataverse Web API, including client-side validation, dynamic behavior, and performance considerations.
  • •Design and implement Power Apps (model-driven/canvas) and Dataverse solutions (tables/columns/relationships, business rules, roles/teams/business units, and row/column-level security).
  • •Lead the development team day to day (task breakdown, technical guidance, code reviews, unblocking, and quality bar) plus manage ALM/release practices and engineering standards.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10 years of overall application development experience with substantial recent delivery on the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • •Hands-on Power Apps experience (model-driven and/or canvas) taken through to production.
  • •Deep Power Pages (Power Apps Portals) experience including Liquid, forms/lists, permissions, web roles, authentication, and externally facing site delivery.
  • •Strong front-end skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, responsive design, Bootstrap) and ability to build custom UI components.
  • •Deep Dataverse expertise (data modeling, relationships, business rules, and security) plus ALM discipline (solution management, environment strategy, Git and deployments).
