Key Responsibilities

  • •Advance stablecoin infrastructure from the ground up as part of a high-impact engineering team.
  • •Design and implement secure systems for key management, transaction signing, gas fee management, and blockchain integration.
  • •Own services covering the full stablecoin transaction lifecycle: mint, burn, transfer, and reconciliation.
  • •Build internal ledgering systems to track balances across multiple chains and token types.
  • •Integrate stablecoin infrastructure into Airwallex FX and payment systems to enable seamless fiat-to-stablecoin conversion, writing and shipping production code and collaborating across product, infrastructure, and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of production-grade software development with deep object-oriented design experience and at least one strongly typed language (e.g., Kotlin, Java, C#, C++, Rust).
  • •Proven experience building and integrating blockchain infrastructure (wallets, transaction flows, key management) into larger financial systems.
  • •Experience integrating new systems into legacy or distributed environments without instability or regressions.
  • •Strong secure system design skills, especially private key handling, signing, encryption, and operational controls.
  • •Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar tools/frameworks and adjust to changing technical priorities.
