Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end sales process for new Global Family Office opportunities, including identification, profiling/discovery, positioning, closing, and onboarding.
  • •Source and build referral networks using business and personal contacts, including external advisors, Northern Trust partners, and regional offices.
  • •Research prospects’ comprehensive financial profiles and assess the appropriate trust and investment management solutions.
  • •Develop rapport with prospects and influencers, arrange meetings, and present product materials to prospective clients and designated liaisons.
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable local laws and regulations (including AML/KYC) for relationship servicing and solicitation activities.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10 years of trust/investment sales and/or relationship management.
  • •Experience working with single family offices, private trust companies, or private investment office prospects/clients (preferred).
