Job Summary

Run end-to-end People Operations for EMEA by delivering scalable HR processes, managing HR systems and HRIS data integrity, and overseeing compliance and statutory reporting (including UKVI). Maintain and enhance Workday and related HR tools, administer benefits programs across EMEA countries, and partner closely with Recruiting, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and stakeholders to streamline workflows, support employee inquiries, and ensure the organization can scale efficiently.

•Run day-to-day HR operations for EMEA, including HR systems, immigration, global mobility, and policies; scale processes to meet business needs.
•Manage compliance of the UKVI program and other statutory reporting requirements.
•Maintain and enhance HR systems including Workday and other HR tools, ensuring accurate data integrity.
•Oversee benefits programs across EMEA countries and manage relationships with third-party pay and benefits brokers.
•Serve as a People Operations subject matter expert for employee inquiries and partner with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to support reporting and payroll cycles.
