Job Summary

Senior finance leader responsible for shaping Camunda’s global accounting function, driving IFRS reporting, controls, and scalable processes across multi-entity operations. You will own end-to-end accounting, partner with FP&A and Legal, lead SOX readiness, and guide transformation as the company scales toward high ARR. This is a remote-first, strategic role within the Finance leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Global Accounting Function, owning close, reporting, controls, and policy across the organization.
•Ensure accurate, timely IFRS reporting and high-quality audit outcomes while building a scalable operating model across people, process, systems, and global footprint.
•Define and track KPIs (close efficiency, control health, audit quality, DSO/DPO, automation impact) to drive performance.
•Provide executive-level technical accounting leadership on topics including revenue recognition, equity, payroll, intercompany, and treasury; shape deal design and global entity strategy.
•Hire, develop, and retain leaders and contributors; build ownership, accountability, and succession depth across distributed teams.
