Job Summary

Develop and execute the commercial plan and category strategy for assigned countries and brand clusters in EMEA, ensuring alignment with global objectives while tailoring actions locally. Act as key contact for vendors and countries, support preparation and monitoring of country commercial plans, and manage assortment/novelties, promotions, refurbishments, and exit strategies for delisted SKUs. Analyze brand performance and coordinate with Supply Chain, country teams, and the Head of Beauty from the Madrid HQ.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as key contact for assigned vendors and countries across the EMEA region.
•Prepare and support implementation of commercial plans aligned to global category strategy and brand/country requirements, and monitor performance.
•Select novelties from the approved assortment and consolidate required information for Supply Chain monthly.
•Review and refine brand introductions and assortments, including quarterly assortment review and exit strategy for delisted SKUs.
•Collaborate on regional promotional calendars and ensure promotion program implementation, including supplier submissions, validation, stock monitoring, and performance review.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related discipline.
•5+ years of experience in Category Management and/or supplier management in the Retail/Consumer Business industry.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including data extraction and interpretation.
•Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and deliver accurate results, plus excellent communication in English and Spanish (French advantageous).
