Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete scheduled daily preventive maintenance (PM) tasks to keep production lines running and minimize downtime.
  • •Set up, inspect visually, and test machinery; listen for unusual sounds and diagnose malfunctions with supervisors.
  • •Dismantle faulty machinery, replace or repair parts, and restore equipment to full functionality.
  • •Clean, lubricate, and maintain components such as bearings, gears, and shafts to prevent wear.
  • •Assist production and quality teams with troubleshooting and provide support for facility repair and overall plant maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED and 1+ years of related experience or training in industrial mechanical maintenance or food manufacturing maintenance, or 4 years of direct experience.
  • •Preferred: Vocational diploma, technical diploma, or associate degree from a technical maintenance or vocational school.
  • •Ability to function effectively in a team environment and interact with team personnel and outside contractors.
  • •Ability to operate a forklift, genie lift, scissor lift, or other powered industrial trucks (PIT).
  • •Ability to read and execute work orders, write daily reports, and follow oral and written instructions.
