Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a hands-on guide for the team by participating in architectural design and troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues.
  • •Lead deployment and maintenance of Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters in private data centers.
  • •Direct implementation of L3/L4 networking (load balancers/firewalls) and software-defined storage solutions.
  • •Define and meet scalability, availability, and security goals for local environments.
  • •Collaborate with Product Management and engineering stakeholders to build and evolve major platform features while supporting governance, reviews, and audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep technical knowledge of Linux Administration and container orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift) is mandatory.
  • •5+ years of experience in Network Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Systems Architecture with a Bachelor's degree.
  • •Proven experience designing Layer 3/4 networking, managing firewalls, and working with on-prem storage protocols.
  • •Solid coding and scripting skills (Python, Shell) to automate data center operations.
  • •Experience with Infrastructure as Code and Version Control/CI/CD workflows for on-prem environments.
