Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate management and spend of strategic foundry suppliers focused on post fab and advanced packaging services.
  • •Develop and execute global procurement strategy, including supplier development with cost, quality, and service focus.
  • •Build and maintain supplier relationships; collaborate with partners and foundry team members on negotiation strategies to meet cost targets.
  • •Own the driven bidding process, including analysis, price negotiation, and driving business awards.
  • •Lead supplier performance management via quarterly scorecards and implement contracts to minimize AMD risk and ensure supplier accountability.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive foundry or semiconductor experience, ideally focused on post fab and advanced packaging services.
  • •Strong negotiation and sourcing skills with supply chain management familiarity.
  • •Experience working in an engineering or semiconductor company.
  • •Understanding of regional and global markets and cultures.
  • •BS/BA degree; MBA preferred.
