Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement the company’s legal strategy aligned with business goals and risk profile.
  • •Advise the CEO and senior leadership on legal, regulatory, and governance issues.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate complex construction contracts (EPC, subcontracts, JV agreements) and procurement documents.
  • •Manage claims, disputes, litigation, and arbitration matters, coordinating with external counsel as needed.
  • •Lead corporate legal affairs and ensure compliance through internal legal policies, systems, and controls; build and lead the in-house legal team and manage external law firms.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of legal work experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position and 2 years GCC experience (plus).
  • •Deep knowledge of construction law, construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC/NEC), corporate law, and dispute resolution.
  • •Strong negotiation, advisory, and drafting skills for high-value, high-risk agreements.
  • •Ability to balance legal risk with commercial priorities and provide strategic guidance to executive leadership.
  • •SAP functional knowledge is preferred/required for success in the role (where SAP access applies).
