Job Summary

Lead end-to-end Agile delivery for multiple AI squads within the AI Center of Excellence, running the delivery operating system and ensuring predictable execution. Own Scrum ceremonies and backlog hygiene using Azure DevOps (Boards), manage capacity, dependencies, and risks with RAID/action tracking, and drive action closure across engineering and enterprise platform teams. Deliver weekly executive-ready status reporting and coordinate release readiness, go-live, and post-release stabilization for enterprise AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Run Scrum ceremonies across multiple squads: sprint planning, daily standups, sprint demos, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
•Enforce disciplined sprint execution including sprint goals, WIP limits, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Done.
•Maintain Azure DevOps delivery hygiene: clean backlogs/boards/sprints, work item quality, state transitions, and dependency tracking via work item links.
•Lead cross-functional delivery across enterprise stakeholders, managing execution milestones, integration readiness, and go-live readiness including security approvals and change management.
•Provide visibility and exec communication through Azure DevOps dashboards/queries and weekly status reporting, decision logs, and release checklists.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management / Delivery Management, including Scrum Master responsibilities.
•Strong hands-on Agile/Scrum delivery expertise for software teams with cross-team dependencies.
•Deep experience with Azure DevOps (Boards) including backlogs, sprints, queries, dashboards, reporting, and hygiene enforcement.
•Ability to drive accountability and action closure across engineering, platform teams, and leadership stakeholders.
•Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills in ambiguity and shifting priorities.
