Job Summary

Own the company’s enterprise Compliance Program and Ethics framework within the Risk Management Team. Lead compliance & ethics risk assessments, identify high-risk areas, and build governance for rules and Code of Conduct updates. Design and run education planning, provide advisory support and exception approvals, and coordinate with HR, Legal, Security, Privacy, and Investigation to ensure monitoring, issue follow-up, and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Introduce and implement enterprise Compliance Program and an Ethics framework
•Perform compliance & ethics risk assessments and identify high-risk areas
•Establish and operate governance structures for internal rules and Code of Conduct
•Create and maintain key compliance & ethics policies (conflicts of interest, anti-corruption, gifts/entertainment, whistleblower protection, investigations)
•Plan and run compliance & ethics monitoring, education, counseling/advisory, and executive reporting in coordination with HR, Legal, Security, Privacy, and Investigation

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in compliance, ethics management, legal, or compliance-related roles
•Experience structuring or enhancing compliance and ethics systems, processes, policies, and governance
•Operational experience covering core compliance & ethics areas such as conflicts of interest, anti-corruption, code of conduct, and whistleblower protection
•Experience developing and adopting compliance & ethics policies, regulations, and programs
•Experience planning and operating enterprise compliance & ethics training and managing training content
