Job Summary

Take ownership of illiquid alternative investment funds and segregated accounts focused on private debt within the Global Investment Platform. Perform portfolio analysis, optimization, and strategy, including investment decision-making through the AIFM decision-making bodies. Oversee day-to-day portfolio management with liquidity management, help implement compliant fund structures for tax and regulatory requirements, and coordinate internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Own dedicated illiquid alternative investment funds and segregated accounts focused on private debt.
•Conduct portfolio analysis, optimization, and strategy.
•Make investment decisions, including governance involvement as a decision-making body within AIFM and related entities.
•Manage day-to-day portfolio operations including liquidity management.
•Implement and optimize compliant fund structures, coordinate internal/external partners, and maintain business plans for funds under management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in economics or related field; master’s degree and/or additional qualifications (e.g., CA, CFA, CAIA, CFDS) desired.
•5+ years of related experience in portfolio management, asset management, transaction advisory, or structuring, especially private credit/direct lending.
•Strong financial modeling and valuation experience.
•Some knowledge of the regulatory and tax environment in Luxembourg.
•Robust problem-solving skills with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines independently and as part of a team.
