Job Summary

Own end-to-end CRM campaign delivery for the UK Central CRM team, coordinating dynamic email and push-notification campaigns and keeping BAU calendars on time. Produce post-campaign reporting and share insights that drive retention and subscriber growth, supporting both UK execution and global CRM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and own end-to-end delivery of dynamic email and push-notification CRM campaigns, ensuring BAU calendars are managed and deployed on time.
•Collaborate with the UKI CRM Manager and cross-functional partners (local marketing, Product, Engineering, Data Science) to support the UKI marketing calendar.
•Use customer data targeting and segmentation to position campaigns precisely and improve personalization.
•Design, deploy, and own CRM experiments and A/B testing to drive growth and explore AI integration.
•Conduct post-campaign reporting to extract insights and guide future strategic commercial planning.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience executing end-to-end CRM campaigns using enterprise CRM platforms (Braze experience is a plus).
•Strong technical CRM competency, including understanding CRM automation development and familiarity with HTML to review and modify templates.
•Ability to manipulate, segment, and report on customer data using data visualization tools (Looker experience preferred).
•Excellent attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurately under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate cross-functionally across multiple teams.
