Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive retention and growth for assigned enterprise customers in Korea, securing high retention rates and identifying expansion, upgrade, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • •Own the full customer lifecycle for your book of business and maintain high-accuracy pipeline forecasting.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Enterprise Sales, Services, Channel Partners, and Customer Success to execute strategic account plans and deliver a seamless customer journey.
  • •Execute complex enterprise procurement, legal, and security workflows to close renewals and expansion contracts.
  • •Maintain operational excellence through pristine CRM/analytics data hygiene and use insights to predict book-of-business health and address risks early.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years’ experience in Enterprise Account Management, Mid-Market/Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Customer Success, with a proven track record of retention and expansion targets in high-stakes SaaS environments.
  • •Fluent English and Korean (written and verbal) to negotiate, build relationships, and present to internal stakeholders and Korean enterprise executives.
  • •Proven ability to execute strategic account planning, including multi-threading, business-case building, and executive-level navigation within large organizations.
  • •Deep experience using CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline, track account health, and forecast revenue accurately.
  • •Strong understanding of the South Korean enterprise business landscape, including corporate structures like Chaebols and regional procurement behaviors (highly desirable).
