Key Responsibilities

•Own initiative delivery end-to-end for a portfolio, moving initiatives from discovery/rollout/development to shipped outcomes.
•Partner with other PMs on shared initiatives with joint ownership.
•Translate discovery into scalable execution by turning research into specs, prioritized backlogs, and phased rollout plans.
•Manage the squad roadmap by partnering with the Engineering Manager to prioritize the team backlog and balance development vs platform rollouts.
•Define success metrics, track rollout milestones, and maintain proactive stakeholder communication on status, risks, and blockers.

•Proven track record as a Product Manager managing several concurrent initiatives at different maturity stages with strong execution focus.
•Comfort picking up initiatives already in flight (discovery outputs, partial specs) and driving them forward with minimal handoff friction.
•Translate operational and user needs into product requirements for engineering while working across functional domains.
•Strong communication skills to align regional and platform stakeholders on shared priorities and rollout sequencing.
•Proactive and self-driven ability to move initiatives from discovery to shipped without heavy oversight.
