Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently tackle strategic finance questions across the business, including AI costs and ROI, market opportunities, new products, pricing/packaging, and strategic investments.
  • •Own key forecasting areas (headcount, spend planning) and build/improve driver-based models to evaluate scenarios and support growth and investment decisions.
  • •Develop AI-enabled finance transformation by improving data quality/connectivity and redesigning processes to automate repetitive work.
  • •Analyze business performance and operational drivers, define metrics/KPIs, and establish reporting/operating cadences to surface risks, opportunities, and actions.
  • •Own and continuously improve procurement processes and spend optimization, including vendor evaluations, renewals, benchmarking, negotiations, and license reduction.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, Strategic Finance/FP&A, Business Operations, or similar analytical roles, preferably in a high-growth technology company.
  • •Strong financial modeling and analytical rigor; comfortable building analyses from scratch in Excel or Google Sheets with an emphasis on accuracy.
  • •Ability to structure ambiguous problems, reason from first principles, and translate analysis into clear recommendations and decisions.
  • •Ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and shift between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • •Experience using AI, automation, and systems-minded tooling; comfortable working with data, with SQL/BI tools/data visualization as a plus.
