Job Summary

Own a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise grocery retailers and co-pilot end-to-end commercial strategy for Storefront Pro adoption. Navigate complex SaaS sales across Fulfillment, Order Management, Carrot Ads, and more. Build executive relationships, craft retailer-specific value props, and close multi-stakeholder deals while partnering with Product, Legal, Finance, and cross-functionally to drive growth in a high-visibility, strategic initiative.

Key Responsibilities

•Joint ownership of the sales cycle for Storefront Pro across mid-market and enterprise accounts, from prospecting to negotiation, contract close, and onboarding handoff
•Design and execute account-specific selling strategies in partnership with BD Retail, leveraging Storefront Pro performance (10pp+ YoY growth, 65%+ cost offset) to build ROI-driven business cases
•Build multi-threaded relationships with decision-makers across digital, technology, marketing, operations, and executive functions
•Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals highlighting omnichannel UX, AI-powered personalization, retail media monetization, loyalty integration, and flexible fulfillment
•Lead negotiation of complex commercial agreements with Legal, Finance, and BD leadership to structure scalable deals

•Self-starter who can drive progress across multiple workstreams in a matrixed org
•Willingness to travel to build retailer relationships
