•Strategic Guidance & Influence: Guide and influence senior leadership through procurement strategy, vendor management, and executive communications for critical projects.
•Forecasting & Data Alignment: Develop and maintain accurate usage/capacity forecasts for key contracts in collaboration with Engineering, IT, and business units.
•AI/LLM Sourcing & Optimization: Lead sourcing strategy and complex negotiations for AI/LLM providers, optimizing token usage and capacity planning.
•Sourcing Execution & Cost Management: Oversee end-to-end sourcing, RFx strategy, and contract negotiations with Legal, Security, and IT; drive cost savings and risk reduction.
•Multi-Vendor LLM Strategy: Manage a multi-vendor LLM ecosystem including frontier labs, hyperscalers, and open-weight models for diversification and cost efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 116,000 - 174,000 annually
