Job Summary

Lead cross-functional efforts to deliver an integrated product solution combining hardware and software for HP printers. Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and engineering to define MVPs, roadmaps, and validation plans, and manage agile-waterfall delivery to a successful product launch. Coordinate risk, change requests, and provide coaching to team members.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand experience and solution roadmap which show how experience will manifest and evolve across printer products, identify where experience drive HW requirements, interaction across the system, and need specific validation plans.
•Define Product solution and features together with Marketing teams.
•Have a good understanding on the hardware needs and define Product MVP.
•Groom any new / improve features to understand flows and dependency.
•Develop integration plan with design, development and test partners that meets program goal.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or any related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
•Typically has 6-10 years of work experience, preferably in engineering development and implementation, project planning tools and software packages, people management, or a related field.
•Knowledge of Agile Methodology, JIRA, Kanban Principles, Scrum and Software Development.
•Experience in cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and marketing to define product MVPs and hardware requirements.
