Job Summary

Serve as a Private Client Banker, building trusted client relationships and delivering plan-based financial advice. Assess client needs, gather and document financial information, and recommend investment and insurance solutions that support clients’ financial wellness. Create a referral pipeline through prospecting and centers of influence, partner with branch and line-of-business teammates, and maintain compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience, engaging with clients and teammates and supporting clients’ personal, professional, and financial needs.
•Listen for financial wellness opportunities and deliver customized recommendations, referring investment and insurance solutions as appropriate.
•Build and maintain a client referral pipeline by developing internal and external centers of influence and documenting calling efforts.
•Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services and competitive offerings to support meaningful conversations.
•Support branch operations by assisting with client transactions as needed and ensuring compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED (or equivalent experience).
•Experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with clients.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office, including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing).
