Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the annual Medicare bid development process, ensuring alignment between strategic goals, financial targets, and benefit design.
  • •Build Clover’s competitive intelligence capability and translate competitor and market insights into product, bid, and market recommendations.
  • •Evaluate product portfolio performance and develop data-driven recommendations for enhancements, repositioning, or new plan launches.
  • •Shape benefit strategy, partnering with Actuarial on financial impact and with Growth on sales impact and competitive positioning.
  • •Drive new market evaluation and execution, creating the entry playbook and overseeing end-to-end cross-functional launch to operational readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10+ years of experience in strategic planning, corporate development, finance, or management consulting, preferably within Medicare Advantage or managed care.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.
  • •Exceptional quantitative skills to build and manage multi-year financial and membership scenario models.
  • •Deep understanding of Medicare Advantage economics, bid mechanics, benefits, and profitable growth drivers.
  • •Proven experience leading market expansion or new product development projects from concept to execution.
