Key Responsibilities

  • •Track, monitor, and provide status updates on program and project deliverables to ensure timelines and commitments are met.
  • •Apply PMO processes to ensure data accuracy, currency, validity, and relevance across PMO artifacts and reporting.
  • •Maintain a centralized library of PMO documents and develop standardized templates for technical and management use.
  • •Support program and portfolio-level activities including process analysis, mapping, optimization, reporting, market research, and internal communications.
  • •Define, develop, and maintain engineering/SDLC artifacts, architecture standards, and governance processes; provide oversight for enterprise SDLC reviews and change management.

Key Requirements

  • •Clearance Level TS/SCI with polygraph.
  • •High School/GED with 12+ years (last 15 years) OR Associate’s with 10+ years OR Bachelor’s with 8+ years OR Master’s with 6+ years OR PhD with 4+ years.
  • •Experience formulating and defining systems scope and objectives based on user needs and business/industry requirements.
  • •Experience performing analysis of business/user needs, documenting requirements, and translating them into requirements specifications.
  • •Experience planning and managing realization of benefits through integration of new capabilities within business practices.
