Drive the growth of the Institutional Solutions business by uncovering treasury problems for private market participants and turning them into product vision, strategy, and roadmaps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations, and Dealing to define requirements, epics, and user stories. Identify high-impact opportunities in FX, derivatives, interest income, and regional growth through competitor analysis and deep understanding of treasury management and legal technology workflows.

•Discover treasury problems and opportunities for institutional/private market participants and their service providers.
•Solve treasury needs through technology, analytics, product, and operations.
•Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
•Collaborate across teams (Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations, Dealing) to define requirements, epics, and user stories.
•Identify high-impact opportunities in FX, derivatives, interest income, conduct competitor analysis, and maintain deep understanding of treasury and legal technology workflows.

Key Requirements

•Experience with treasury products such as FX derivatives, interest rate derivatives, and cash management.
•Knowledge of financial markets technology stacks, including treasury management and asset management (or scale-up fintech exposure).
•Familiarity with fintech treasury management systems and cash management solutions such as money market funds, deposit optimisation, and cash pooling.
•Multiple years of product building experience, either as a product or operations leader in a hands-on role, including building roadmaps from ambiguity to clarity.
•Experience developing and executing product strategies involving financial systems or regulations, and translating financial requirements into product specifications.
