Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and operate the internal developer platform, including golden-path templates, self-serve tooling, local dev environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • •Own cloud foundation engineering with Terraform and controller-based provisioning across GCP, AWS, and/or Azure.
  • •Run and manage the Kubernetes fleet: cluster lifecycle, upgrades, autoscaling, node management, and multi-cluster patterns with Helm packaging.
  • •Design traffic and networking layers using service mesh, ingress, mTLS, and traffic management features (routing, rate limiting, canary, circuit-breaking, RPC).
  • •Own release and deployment with Argo CD GitOps workflows plus progressive delivery, observability (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana), and zero-trust/on-prem connectivity patterns.
  • •Partner with Security on secrets management and policy-as-code to meet HIPAA and SOC 2 by default.

  • •6+ years of software engineering experience in infrastructure, platform, or site reliability engineering roles.
  • •Experience building internal developer platforms with a strong product mindset (treating developers as customers).
  • •Experience with public cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure) and managed cloud services.
  • •Experience with on-prem or hybrid environments and cloud migrations.
