Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a mobile engineering team, driving ownership and accountability across project milestones.
  • •Provide hands-on technical guidance on mobile development, architecture, and engineering best practices.
  • •Champion the adoption of AI tools and workflows across the team - from code generation and review to testing and incident analysis with a goal to raise the quality and velocity of delivery.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery of mobile features and initiatives, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with business objectives.
  • •Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and other stakeholders to align on goals and execute effectively.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of mobile engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a team lead or management role.

  • •Actively uses AI tools in your engineering workflow - you don’t just know about them, you’ve integrated them into how you and your team work.
