Key Responsibilities

  • •Work across a range of South Island projects across Aotearoa from a regional office.
  • •Support acquisition, disposal and/or legalisation projects with a focus on quality outcomes for clients.
  • •Develop expertise in valuation, property law, or Central/Local Government property to advise clients.
  • •Build trusted relationships with property owners and a variety of property professionals.
  • •Collaborate with and support the wider WSP Property team while working independently when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •A relevant property, legal, or related tertiary qualification.
  • •Preferably a minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in a related property or legal discipline.
  • •Knowledge of the Public Works Act, Local Government Act, Reserves Act and other legislation (advantage).
  • •Experience and confidence dealing with property owners and a variety of property professionals.
  • •Excellent attention to detail and ability to write reports.
